SMS Terms of Service
LBDN may send text messages to phone numbers we receive from families, employees and authorized contacts through our enrollment process or other direct communications with our staff. We do not collect phone numbers through our website. These text messages are used for program-related communications, including enrollment updates, care details, time sensitive facility information for staff, account notifications, and (in the future) donation requests. You provide your phone number to us voluntarily, and we use it solely to send you these communications. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider, Dialpad, and not with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
